The COMSA site uses cookies and tracking tools to collect information on platform usage. SRDC will use anonymous tracking information to improve the platform and report to funders supporting COMSA. Platform use data will be stored on Google Analytics, the COMSA site, and SRDC’s secure servers and will only be accessed by SRDC research staff.
When you register for COMSA, we collect your name and email.
SRDC collects your name and email when you create a COMSA account. We will only use your name and email to send you updates about the COMSA website and alert you to relevant opportunities. You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time.
SRDC respects your right to privacy and we:
- Comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
- Keep all data safe and secure. We will never sell it or share it.
- Honour your right to opt out of emails or be deleted from our database at any time.
When you use COMSA, you are agreeing to the Privacy and Data Sharing Statement.
In order to create a COMSA account, you must read and understand the Privacy and Data Sharing Statement. It provides information on data collection and privacy for COMSA users and survey participants.
Terminating your account
SRDC or your organizational representative may suspend or delete your account at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If you wish to delete your account or have any questions, contact [email protected].
